Summary

Over the past years, the European Foundation for Quality Management has conducted in-depth studies to achieve a comprehensive quality model, through which the results of the institutions' work will be improved, until the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) has been established which provides the basic structure of an integrated management system for the organization. It is also strongly recommended as preparation for the EFQM Assessor Training and the managing an EFQM Self- Assessment course.
